Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all products supplied and projects executed by D-Lite Automation.
Quotations & orders
Quotations are valid for 15 days and are based on the gate weight, width and site conditions declared at survey. Civil work, power supply and stabilisers are the customer's scope unless stated.
Installation
Installation dates are confirmed after advance payment and site readiness. Our engineers commission the system and hand over operating instructions and the warranty card.
Warranty
Motors carry up to 3 years of cover against manufacturing defects; accessories such as remotes, photocells and racks carry 6 months. Lightning, flooding, surges without a stabiliser and third-party servicing void the warranty.
Service
In-warranty service visits within Chennai are free of labour charges. Out-of-warranty visits are chargeable at prevailing rates, quoted before work begins.
Liability
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the supplied equipment. Automated gates must be operated with the supplied safety accessories in place.
