• Installation must be done only by D-Lite Smart Things authorised technicians.
• Motor Coil — 60 Months Warranty.
• Electronic Parts — 12 Months Warranty.
• Gearbox — 12 Months Warranty.
• Physical damage, accidental damage and misuse are not covered.
• Damage due to water, voltage fluctuation, lightning, improper wiring or electrical surge is not covered.
• Gate must be properly aligned, balanced and in good working condition for motor installation.
• Any unauthorised repair, modification or tampering will void the warranty.
• Normal wear and tear and consumable parts are not covered.
• Service visit, travel/transport and labour charges are applicable where required.
• Warranty claims are subject to inspection by D-Lite Smart Things authorised technicians and a valid invoice / warranty registration.
• Warranty is applicable only to the original installation and registered customer/location.
