Terms & Conditions

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the motor, gearbox and control board only.
• Damage from lightning, flooding, voltage surges without a stabiliser, or unauthorised service is excluded.
• Consumables — remotes, batteries, photocells and racks — carry 6 months of cover.
• Warranty is valid only for installations commissioned by D-Lite Automation or an authorised dealer.
• Service requests must quote the warranty card number and product serial number.
